El programa de formaci\u00f3n del car\u00e1cter de Fundaci\u00f3n Forja ayuda a las personas a descubrir su propio valor y a construir un car\u00e1cter s\u00f3lido, fomentando la autoestima, la responsabilidad y el sentido de pertenencia a su comunidad. A trav\u00e9s de talleres din\u00e1micos y pr\u00e1cticos, el programa impulsa el desarrollo de habilidades para la vida, como la comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva, la toma de decisiones asertivas y la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, promoviendo una mejora continua en todas las etapas de la vida. Como resultado, se favorece la salud mental, se contribuye a la disminuci\u00f3n de la violencia y se fortalece el tejido social en las comunidades donde se implementa.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
